The following is transcribed from the Tithe Apportionments (IR 29/30/37) at The National Archives, Kew. The agreement for tithes to be commuted into rent-charges was signed 23 August 1839 by the requisite two thirds of the owners of land in the parish subject to tithes. The summary below shows the aggregate area of land held by each tenant under each landowner and the corresponding rent-charge payable to the Rector. The valuation was carried out by Henry Fowler COTTERELL of Bath and Richard DIXON of John Street, Middx [sic]. The total annual rent payable to the Rector was £483 in lieu of the following tithes:
